PROFILE
Established in 1984, Forum Management Group is
a Georgia corporation and a licensed real estate brokerage company
engaged primarily in the brokerage, management and leasing of commercial
and income properties.
The Management Company currently owns and
manages properties containing over 700,000 square feet of
retail rental space. The president and vice-president, Philip D.
Healy and James L. Flock, have considerable experience in the development,
management and leasing of shopping centers.

PHILIP
D. HEALY 
Philip D. Healy
is the president, a director and a principal shareholder of the
Forum Management Group, Inc. which was formed on April 5, 1984.
Prior to the formation of this firm, he was a general partner in
Healy Enterprises, a Georgia general partnership. During
this time he was involved in the acquisition, management and leasing
of commercial properties, primarily shopping centers. Mr. Healy
has been involved in the ownership, management, and leasing of
over 15 shopping centers in the Southeast. Prior to joining Healy
Enterprises, Mr. Healy was employed by Connolly & Redd, an
Atlanta based real estate company as a specialist in the marketing
of shopping centers, by Chicago Title Insurance Company, Atlanta,
Georgia as a regional marketing manager, and by Chicago Title & Trust
Company, Chicago, Illinois, in sales, training, and public relations.
Mr. Healy received his degree in Marketing from Lewis College in
Illinois in 1965. JAMES
L. FLOCK, SR. 
James L. Flock Sr. is the vice-president and secretary/ treasurer,
a director, and a principal shareholder of The Forum Management
Group, Inc. Mr. Flock gained his initial experience in shopping
center development, finance and management beginning in 1970
with Cousins Properties, Inc., an Atlanta based diversified real
estate development company. Prior to leaving Cousins Properties
in 1976 to form his own company, Mr. Flock was the President
of Community Centers Corporation, a shopping center development
subsidiary of Cousins Properties. For the eight years after leaving
Cousins Properties, Mr. Flock was involved in the development,
rehabilitation and management of four shopping centers and eight
office parks in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Flock is a general partner
of four shopping center limited partnerships with shopping centers
located in Georgia and South Carolina. He also owns a percentage
interest in three additional shopping centers located in Georgia.
Mr. Flock received his degree in Economics from the University
of Georgia in 1965.
JAMES L. FLOCK, JR., CCIM, CPM
Mr. Flock began his commercial real estate career in 1998 managing
and leasing class A office buildings for Hines. He later served as Vice President of Property Management
for Duke Realty Corporation where he oversaw the property
management of nearly 16 million square feet of Class A Office & Industrial
buildings throughout the state of Georgia. Mr. Flock earned
his MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University in 1998.
He attained his Georgia Real Estate license in 2004 and his
Georgia Broker’s license in 2008. Mr. Flock also holds
his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified
Property Manager (CPM) designations.
JOSEPH A. HEALY 
Prior to joining Forum Management Group, Joe spent eight years
working as a Financial Analyst for Fortune 500 companies.
Joe earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia
1988. He later completed his Master’s of Science in
Management from Georgia State University in 1991. Mr. Healy
attained his Georgia Real Estate license in 2004.
James L. Flock, Jr. and Joe Healy joined
Forum Management Group in March of 2006 and are directly responsible
for the day to day operations of the Company. They currently
handle all of the property management and leasing for the entire
shopping center portfolio. Mr. Flock and Mr. Healy are also
responsible for property acquisitions and securing third party
contract assignments. They each have a General Partner interest
in three shopping center partnerships.
